We provide a full spectrum of heart and vascular services — from prevention to advanced, minimally invasive procedures.

Services include:

  • General cardiology and heart disease management
  • Preventive heart screenings and risk assessment
  • Non-invasive and nuclear cardiology
  • Cardiac catheterization and coronary interventions
  • Peripheral vascular and structural heart procedures

Our goal is simple: deliver precise, evidence-based care with a focus on long-term heart health.

Conditions we treat:

  • Acute heart failure
  • Atrial fibrillation
  • Carotid artery disease
  • Chest pain
  • Chronic heart failure
  • Chronic stable angina
  • Circulation problems
  • Heart attack (myocardial infarction)

Other services Dr. Chauhan provides patients are:

Peripheral vascular studies

Peripheral artery disease (PAD) is a condition that leads to a decrease of blood flow to the arms and legs.

Carotid ultrasound

Carotid ultrasound is done to detect plaque buildup in one or both of the carotid arteries in the neck and to see whether the buildup is narrowing your carotid arteries and blocking blood flow to the brain.

Cardiac angiography and angioplasty

Coronary angiography is a procedure that uses contrast dye, usually containing iodine, and x ray pictures to detect blockages in the coronary arteries that are caused by plaque buildup.

Renal angiography and angioplasty

An angiogram is used to have a closer look at the blood supply to your kidneys.

The blood is carried into the kidneys by the renal arteries. If these arteries become narrowed by a build up of plaque, the blood supply to the kidneys becomes increasingly restricted.

Peripheral angiograph and angioplasty

Angioplasty is a procedure to open narrowed or blocked blood vessels that supply blood to your legs. Fatty deposits can build up inside the arteries and block blood flow.

Holter monitor

A Holter monitor is a battery-operated portable device that measures and records your heart’s activity (ECG) continuously for 24 to 48 hours or longer depending on the type of monitoring used.

Exercise stress testing

A stress test, sometimes called a treadmill test or exercise test, helps a doctor find out how well your heart handles work.

Echocardiogram

An echocardiogram (echo) is a test that uses high frequency sound waves (ultrasound) to make pictures of your heart.

Nuclear stress testing

A Nuclear stress test is an imaging method that uses radioactive material to show how well blood flows into the heart muscle, both at rest and during activity.

Coronary artery stenting

Stents help keep coronary arteries open and reduce the chance of a heart attack.

Coronary bypass artery stenting

Revascularization means that areas of significant obstruction in the coronary arteries are relieved with either angioplasty and a stent, or with bypass surgery (also called coronary artery bypass grafting, or CABG).
